The use of this website is subject to the conditions laid down below, be it for inspirational, educational purposes or for supporting the native communities by ordering of products. This means that when you visit the website you are agreeing to these conditions. Please make sure you read them carefully.

We make no assumption or affirmation that the products, or the information referenced on this website, are available and appropriate for use other than it's description. Use of this website is at the customer's own risk.

 

Information

Information provided via this website, or by its employees by phone, fax, e-mail or other form of transmission, including any links to or from this site, is purely for historical, scientific and educational purposes and should never be interpreted as a recommendation for a specific use of our products. We can accept no responsibility or liability for the information they provide you with. The use and application of our products are solely at the customer's decision, responsibility and risk.

 

Age

To place an order the customer must be 18 years of age or older. Every order is therefore considered to be submitted in compliance to this condition.

 

Account

When placing an order you must enter the correct name, shipping address and phone number. Failure to do so may cause delay or return of your shipment. We are not responsible for delivery problems due to incorrect data.

 

Order Confirmation

Given the nature of our products, we consider it of the utmost importance to communication with our customers prior to shipping. Before an order is complete, customers MUST confirm paid receipt of the order email. Unconfirmed orders will be cancelled after 7 days.

 

Product Purpose

None of our products are sold or intended for the purpose of human consumption or cosmetic use. Our products are botanical specimens of ethnographic value and interest only and are delivered with no expressed or implied fitness for any purpose. Although we pride ourselves on sourcing the best quality products, and guarantee that our products are genuine and properly identified, we cannot guarantee the effectiveness of the product in regards to the way the customer decides to use it. Natural products vary, and we have no control over the conditions of use. We cannot replace products or be held responsible for their effectiveness or lack thereof.

 

Product Support

Our products are delivered with no expressed or implied fitness for any purpose. We do not provide nor communicate about usage of our products.

 

Shipping Policy

As the products we sell are natural some may be restricted in your country. It is your final responsibility to ensure that all items in your order are allowed in your country. We are not responsible for packages due to loss by the shipper or products returned, seized, or destroyed due to unforeseen customs regulations.

 

Returned Orders

If a shipment is returned for any reason beyond our control, and you want it reshipped, we will have to charge for this.

 

Return / Cancellation Policy

According to the EU Consumer Rights Directive customers can return goods / ask for a refund without any cause within 14 days. This does not apply to the following exceptions: plant materials, food or perishable goods. When in transit for extended periods of time, herbs can dry out and lose their value. We do not restock returned products. Because of this, we cannot fully refund returned orders. Refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. We do not refund shipping costs.
