Huni Kuin Cacao
This Cacao Rapé is often known as the “heart-opening Rapé.” Cacao is traditionally valued for its powerful ability to open the heart, inviting warmth, emotional clarity, and a sense of connection. This blend supports deep concentration and grounding, helping to center the mind while staying connected to the body. It is often used in moments of intention, reflection, and inner alignment, offering a balanced space between focus and openness.
Originating from South America, the Huni Kuin people mostly inhabit the state of Acre in Brazil and the eastern border of Peru. They refer to themselves as Huni Kuin, which translates to "true people" or "true humans." In Brazil, according to official data from 2019, there are around 14,000 individuals distributed across five regions/municipalities, 12 indigenous lands, and 104 villages. In the highlands of Acre, you can find the Mati Txana Mukaya Village. Its boundaries begin between the Muru and Humaitá rivers in the municipality of Tarauacá. Comprising approximately 650 Huni Kuin indigenous people, the village is spread across six smaller villages.
